What happens if my credit card is rejected?
For your protection, our security for credit card processing is high. If you experience a problem with your credit card not processing, please first double check to make sure that all of your credit card information has been entered exactly as it appears on your card. If after a third attempt to submit your order, it still does not go through, please call our Customer Service number @ 877-762-8034 (Toll-free) or contact us and someone will get back to you.
When does my Wildfowl Carving subscription expire?
The easiest way to determine when your subscription expires is to check your mailing label. The expiration issue is located in the upper left-hand corner of your label, directly above you name and mailing address. Of course, if you have any questions or can't find it, please contact Customer Service at 877-762-8034 (Toll-free) or contact us and someone will get back to you with that information.
Can I give a Wildfowl Carving as a gift?
Yes you can. Simply click the "Subscription" link at the top of the page, or click here: give a gift. Complete the payment information in the "Shopping Cart" with your credit card information, next complete the shipping information with your "gift" recipient's information and hit submit. We'll take care of the rest.
I didn't receive my copy of Wildfowl Carving when all of my friends received theirs. What should I do?
All of our current subscriber copies are mailed from our printer at the same time, but that doesn't mean they will all arrive through the postal system at the same time, despite our best efforts. Please see the schedule below for estimated delivery dates and then if you haven't received your copy by the delivery date, please contact us or call us at 877-762-8034 (Toll-free).
My issue was damaged in the mail. What should I do?

How can I return a Book Club book?
For U.S. Book Club members: If after the 21-day preview period you aren't completely satisified with the product you've received from us, click here to print out a FREE return label, then simply package the product you are returning to us, affix the label and mail it back. It's that easy!
